Aglio Olio

We can make an easy Aglio Olio with whatever ingredients you have – all you need is some butter, garlic and I use prawns which you could substitute. It doesn’t get simpler than this. It’s literally a 5 min meal. Aglio Olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish, coming from Napoli. It is traditionally served over long pasta such as spaghetti, vermicelli, angel hair, fettuccine or linguine.

Jacket Potatoes

This is a typical English dish . The best thing is that you can go as healthy or as indulgent as you like with the toppings . Almost everyone I know loves potatoes . We can rub whole potatoes with olive oil and salt and bake it till done. In the picture it is topped up with sour cream . But it goes very well with rajma , chole and even baked beans and cheese. My personal favorite is butter – lots of it . The satisfying crunch of peel , steaming hot , soft and fluffy potato flesh , aroma of melted butter – one bite and you are in heaven .
